Job Description

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

Responsibilities

• Freddo ATX, is looking for experienced barista/bartender
• pay is $8 per hour plus tips which averages between $7 - $15 per hour.
• Potential to advance as shift lead also based on performance after working few weeks.
• 3+ years bartedners experience required
• 4+ years barista experience required
• TABC Certification required
• Food Handler’s Certification required
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a MUST
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and to run work errands
• Must have flexibility in regard to schedule - ability to work weekends and holidays
• Attend/Conduct interviews and give input regarding hiring new employees to work under you
• Training all new and current staff
• Supervise employees, ensuring they are doing their job sufficiently
• Educate yourself on products, procedures, and protocols to maintain quality in product and service
• Adhere to and ensure all staff is always adhering to all health codes, encourage frequent handwashing, and proper techniques, practices.
• Stop any incorrect behavior immediately to ensure things are done correctly
• Check all task sheets daily to make sure they are being completed (can be delegated to shift supervisor)
• Proven team player with high level of energy and commitment to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
