Job Description
As the Lead Line Cook, you’ll take responsibility for every plate that gets served. You will be responsible for helping to keep the kitchen staff moving and coaching employees on consistency.
We are looking for someone with a positive energy to add to our work family!
This position comes with opportunities for growth.

- Direct the food prep process

Owner, Pat Russell and his buddy Blake Hodges had a dream of restoring and old building and opening a family friendly burger restaurant. This dream became a reality in 2012 on Main Street in Azle, Texas.
They wanted Red’s to be a hometown eatery that Azle could be proud of.
From our fresh Salads with homemade dressing to our Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, our Light and delicious Wraps to our own 3rd lb. burger, made to order, and our Fresh Cut Fries. We also offer a selection of local Craft Beer.
In 2016 Red’s added our premier burger, The Twisted Oak, a grass fed, grass finished all beef pattie. Perfect for the burger connoisseur.
