Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

The original Railhead Smokehouse located off Montgomery street is a Fort Worth legend and considered one of the state’s best barbeque joints. Our Willow Park location opened in 2007 and continues the tradition of slow smoked pit barbeque west of Fort Worth. Our menu has grown and includes the addition of salads, tacos, burgers, steaks, and the best hand cut fries found anywhere. We’re known for our live music and often considered one the hottest venues pulling in artists from Oklahoma, Tennessee, and of course Texas!
