Job Description

As an Expo, you are the connection between the cooks and servers. As an Expo you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are completed, properly garnish, presentable and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You will prepare salads, appetizers & desserts. You'll be able to describe the food leaving the window and assign trays to runners and provide table numbers as to where it’s going.

An ideal candidate has an eye for detail, works well under pressure and in high volume situations. They would also be able to upkeep a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the shift.
